4. How long does supervision last?

-
Group supervision involves learning alongside other clinicians, allowing you to share ideas and experiences in a collaborative environment. It’s a great way to build community and gain diverse perspectives.

Supervision ensures you’re developing the skills, knowledge, and confidence to work independently as an LCSW. It provides a space to process difficult cases, receive feedback, and refine your clinical approach. Most importantly, it ensures you're meeting licensing requirements while receiving the support you need to be an ethical and effective clinician.
